My almost 4-yo likes Cars. He loves to have stories read to him, but that’s not so easy to do on errands. We bought the Leapfrog Tag so he could have stories when we’re out, and hopefully start to recognize words that he “reads” in the Tag books.
Heather Hawthorne | November 9, 2009 # 1:37 pmI gave the toy a low rating on durability because it is a book. While the cover is hard-back, the pages can be easily torn as in any book. My son has not torn any pages because he knows to be careful with books, but if used for any length of time I’m sure there will be little tears.

My 3-year-old son likes it a lot. But it is a little hard for him.

It’s a great book, but just be aware that the pen that is used to read the book to you is NOT included. I thought it was, and even when it arrived, it was packaged like the pen could have been inside there, but it wasn’t. I had to buy my nephew the pen as well, which was an extra $37, but what the heck, he loves the book!

My son loves the car movie so I assume he would love the book and he does. Lots of interaction between him and the book he loves it and I love it. It’s a great educational tool.
